El Ambiente is a branding project for a street food type restuant that takes its design style inspiration from that of Chile. The name, el ambiente, is used to refer to languatge that is used in Chile as well as refering to the environment. Chile is known as being one the top countries affected by climate, as such, they value eco-friendly options, heavily.
Along with this, I used the colors of Chilean flag incorporated in a textile-like pattern. I wanted to show the rich that Chile has with the textile arts while making the restruant fun and inviting. These types of petterns are often found in dress that dancers often were during great celebrations in this country. The pattern is used through out my packaging and is used to refer this part of Chilean culture.
